Tarus is located in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  We fabricate and machine all of the major components in house.  We purchase castings from local foundries in the USA.  Box ways, gear racks, gear boxes, milling heads and spindles are designed and built in-house.  Purchased components such bearings, rails, motors, pumps and electronics are sourced from well regarded North American, European and Japanese suppliers in most cases.  Tarus is capable of designing completely new machines specifically for your application, or modifying our standard machine types to meet your needs.
