Tell us what you're RUNNING

Let us know whether it's a CMM or CNC machine, the make and model, and where it's located. We'll send back a quote and get you on the schedule once we have your PO.

On-site CALIBRATION

A technician runs a laser check on every axis to confirm linearity, a square check to confirm the axes are perpendicular to each other, and a Ballbar ar or MCG (machine checking gauge) to confirm repeatability. If anything needs adjusting or repairing, we take care of it while we're already there.

Label and report in HAND

A calibration label goes on the machine, and you get a full report of everything measured. It's backed by our ILAC-MRA and PJLA accreditation, so the documentation holds up when an auditor or customer asks for it.

Common QUESTIONS

Do you only service TARUS equipment?

No. On the CMM side, we calibrate any make or model in the field. On the CNC side, we work on machines running TARUS, Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc, or Fidia controllers, since accurate calibration depends on knowing the controller.

How fast can a technician get on-site?

How quickly we can get on-site often matters to you as much as the calibration itself. Tell us what you're running and we'll follow up with a specific timeframe.

What do we get, and what does it cost?

A calibration label on the machine plus a full report, ILAC-MRA and PJLA traceable. Pricing depends on machine size, location, and calibration type, usually quoted as a flat, turnkey fee.
